These terms cover this website and any work you hire My Koga (Hope Sandoval LLC) for. They're in plain English, but they're still an agreement, so please read them before you hire me. A written quote or agreement for your job comes first if the two ever differ.
1Who I am
My Koga is run by Hope Sandoval LLC, a New Mexico company based in Las Cruces, licensed by the City of Las Cruces under business license #28928-26. You can reach me at (575) 654-3764 or vrsandy45@gmail.com.
2Prices
Prices on the Prices page and in the calculator are the price for the work described there. Anything not listed is quoted, and you get the price in writing before I start.
3Tax
Prices are before New Mexico gross receipts tax, which is added on top.
4What you pay others directly
Your domain name, email service, booking service, and any state, city or filing fees are paid by you, directly, in your own name. They aren't part of my prices.
5Your accounts and passwords
Your domain, your Google Business Profile and your other business accounts are in your name. I never ask for your passwords: you sign in yourself, and add me to an account only where I need access to do the work.
6Your words, photos and video
You confirm you have the right to use what you send me, including written permission from anyone recognizable in your photos or video. I only use it for your site.
7Payment
There's no deposit. You pay the website price when your site is delivered, by card through Square. Building a site takes at least 3 business days from the time I have your details. After the first year, the next year of support is paid the same way at the start of that year, if you choose to renew.
8Support
The website price includes one year of support: my time for your site, with changes once a month if you need them, such as new prices, hours, photos and wording, and your site kept online, secure and up to date. The website and the year of support are one purchase, paid together, so stopping support partway through doesn't change the price. After the first year, support is paid once a year, and you decide each year whether to renew.
9Business setup help
Business setup help means I walk you through forms that you file in your own name. I'm not a lawyer or an accountant, and it isn't legal or tax advice.
10Showing your site as an example
I only list your site as an example of my work if you say that's OK.
11Limitation of liability
I work to keep your site online and working, but no website can be promised to never go down. I'm not responsible for problems caused by the companies that provide your domain, email or booking, or for business lost while a site is down.
12Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top is updated. The terms in place when you accepted your quote apply to your work.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
