The short version: the only personal information this website collects is what you type into its forms, plus any photos you choose to attach. It comes to me and is used to answer your request. I never sell it. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
1Who is responsible for your information
This website is run by Hope Sandoval LLC, based in Las Cruces, NM. You can reach me at (575) 654-3764 or vrsandy45@gmail.com.
2What the forms collect
The request forms ask for your name and phone number, and what you need: what kind of help and a few words about your business, and the price you worked out in the calculator. Email and photos are optional. Please don't put passwords, payment card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers in a form. I never need them there, and I never ask for your passwords at all.
3Photos
Photos (your logo, your storefront, your work) help me understand your business, price your site and pick its colors. Before they're sent, your phone or computer shrinks them and removes the location data phones hide in photos. They are stored with your request in my website host's account (Netlify), under a long, unlisted web address.
If you don't hire me, I delete them within 90 days of sending you a price. If you do, the ones you choose go on your own website, and nowhere else. I never post them anywhere else or use them in my own advertising without your written permission.
4What I do with it
I use what you send to get back to you, give you a price, and build your site if you go ahead. I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I don't add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.
5Who else handles it
Netlify hosts this website and delivers the forms to me. Like any web host, it keeps server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic that I use to keep my business records, receives a copy of each request so it can go on my private to-do list, which only I can open. Anthropic's privacy policy covers how it handles that information. Claude never replies to you or contacts you; I do.
The fonts on this site are stored on the site itself, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or any other font service.
6Cookies, and what's kept in your browser
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or social media trackers, which is why there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, a banner will ask for your permission first and this section will be rewritten.
The links at the bottom of each page (Upwork profile, My carpet cleaning site) are plain links. Nothing from those websites loads here. If you follow one, you're on their website, under their privacy policy and cookies.
A few things are kept in your own browser's storage, on your device only, and never sent to me unless you send a form: your last price check, for 30 days, so you can come back to it; a color look, font or layout you're trying from the Color looks page, until you close the tab; the choices you save on a working model (its type, colors, font, layout, text color and motion), until you clear them, so they're there when you come back; a note of when you last sent a form, so the same request isn't sent twice by accident; and, if a page breaks, a note that it was reported that day. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of it.
If a page fails to work, the site may send me a short error report: the page, what went wrong, and the time. It never includes anything you typed.
7Calls and text messages
If you give me a mobile number, I use it to call or text you about your request and your site: prices, questions and follow-up. I don't send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.
8How long I keep it
Requests that don't turn into work are deleted within about 12 months, from Netlify and from my to-do list. Photos go sooner, as described above. Records of work I do, such as invoices, are kept as long as tax law requires.
9Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and it runs strict security settings that block code from other websites. No business can promise a system can never be breached, but I keep what you send to what I actually need.
10Asking me to delete it
Call or email me to ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted. There's no form and no charge. I'll deal with it within 30 days, except for records the law requires me to keep.
11Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't aimed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12Changes to this policy
If what I do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
