Terms of service

Caliche Creek Builders LLC

Last updated: 2026-10-06

These terms cover this website and any work you book with Caliche Creek Builders LLC. They are written in plain English, but they are still an agreement, so please read them before you book. The written quote or job agreement for your job comes first if the two ever differ.

1Who we are

Caliche Creek Builders LLC is a general contractor contractor based in Las Cruces, New Mexico, licensed by the New Mexico Construction Industries Division under license number [LICENSE NO.]. You can reach us at (575) 555-0142 or quotes@example.com.

2What this website is

The prices and calculators on this site are there to give you a fair number before anyone comes out. The price for your job is the one in your written quote, confirmed after we've seen the site.

3Published prices and what they include

Prices on the Prices page include labor, the materials for that kind of work (listed on the Materials page), and cleanup, for ordinary ground and access. Anything else is quoted.

4When a price changes

If the job turns out bigger or different than described, for example deeper digging, poor ground, or no truck access, we tell you the new price before we start, and you can say no.

5Tax

Prices are before tax. Prices are before New Mexico gross receipts tax, which is added as its own line on your invoice.

6Booking

Booking online or by phone reserves a time for an estimate or a job. A start date is confirmed once you've accepted the written quote.

7Cancellation, weather and rescheduling

Move or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. With less notice, or if the job can't go ahead because of something on our list of what we need at the property, the fee on the Prices page applies. If weather stops the work, we reschedule at no charge.

8Right to refuse or stop work

We may decline or stop work where it isn't safe, for example unmarked utilities, unstable ground, or aggressive animals. If we stop for a reason on our side, you pay only for work completed.

9Warranty

[WARRANTY TERMS: what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.] Hairline cracks from normal shrinkage, damage from ground movement, overloading, de-icing salts, or other people's work are not covered.

10Payment

[DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS: deposit amount, when the balance is due, and accepted payment methods.]

11Photos and reviews

We never post photos of your property or your name without your written permission.

12Limitation of liability

We carry liability insurance for our work. We aren't responsible for damage to buried lines that weren't marked by 811 or by you, or for delays outside our control.

13Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top is updated. The terms in place when you accepted your quote apply to your job.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
