1Who is responsible for your information

This website is run by Caliche Creek Builders LLC, based in Las Cruces, NM. You can reach us at (575) 555-0142 or quotes@example.com.

2What the forms collect

The request forms ask for your name and phone number, and what you need: the kind of job and a description, or the price you worked out in the calculator, or the materials you'd like and roughly how much. Email, photos, and where and when are optional. Please don't put payment card numbers, bank details or Social Security numbers in a form. We never need them there.

The "Do we work in your area?" check runs entirely in your own browser. The ZIP code you type there is not sent to us or anyone else.

3Photos

Photos help us understand the job and price it. We use them for that only. Before they're sent, your phone or computer shrinks them and removes the location data phones hide in photos. We don't post them online or use them in advertising unless you give us written permission first. They are stored with your request in our website host's account (Netlify), under a long, unlisted web address, and we delete them within 90 days of sending you a price.

4What we do with it

We use what you send to get back to you, give you a price, and arrange the work if you go ahead. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

5Who else handles it

Netlify hosts this website and delivers the forms to us. Like any web host, it keeps server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

The fonts on this site are stored on the site itself, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or any other font service.

6Cookies, and what's kept in your browser

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or social media trackers, which is why there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, a banner will ask for your permission first and this section will be rewritten.

A few things are kept in your own browser's storage, on your device only, and never sent to us unless you send a form: your last price check, for 30 days, so you can come back to it; the list of materials you've added to a request, until you send it or clear it; a color look you're trying from the Color looks page, until you close the tab; a note of when you last sent a form, so the same request isn't sent twice by accident; and, if a page breaks, a note that it was reported that day. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of it.

If a page fails to work, the site may send us a short error report: the page, what went wrong, and the time. It never includes anything you typed.

7Calls and text messages

If you give us a mobile number, we use it to call or text you about your request and your job: quotes, scheduling and follow-up. We don't send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.

8How long we keep it

Requests that don't turn into work are deleted within about 12 months. Photos go sooner, as described above. Records of jobs we do, such as invoices, are kept as long as tax law requires.

9Keeping it safe

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and it runs strict security settings that block code from other websites. No business can promise a system can never be breached, but we keep what you send to what we actually need.

10Asking us to delete it

Call or email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. There's no form and no charge. We'll deal with it within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep.

11Children

This site is for homeowners and businesses. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12Changes to this policy

If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
